| | Two day shipping is $2 per item with a min. order of 10 per shipment. (We suggest you charge girls $4 on top of their purchase for shipping. This will cover all size exchanges. It is easier to refund extra shipping money rather than having to have to ask for it later). All garments will be shipped within 48 hours unless you are notified verbally otherwise. |

| | If a sizing change is needed by the customer (please have girls measure using sizing charts) we will be happy to exchange that garment. We will ship upon receipt of your call. We do not need to wait for your original garments to return. The customer pays shipping/ handling. Give your girls a deadline to get all your exchanges done in one shipment. If the error is on our part, there will be no charge. |

| | Payments can be made with any major credit card or by school PO. We can fax or email your invoice. Upon verification of payment we will ship your order. (We do not do multiple payments from individual girls). Each team must have one person in charge (and only one). One shipping address, one person responsible for payment. |

| | Embroidered team name and crossed rackets are included for Tank-Tees only. Sweat shirts and warm-ups may be embroidered for $6.00 extra per garment. We do not embroider dresses or skirt top combos at any time due to the need for more frequent size exchanges. Embroidered items might take up to three weeks to receive. |

| | Fabrics: The body of the dress is made of white nylon lycra pique. This is similar to the fabrics used in bathing suits. It is light and silky in a dress and does not hold on to moisture as cotton does. The contrasting colors are in all school colors and are made of poly cotton jersey. This is the same fabric T-shirts are made of and deeply colored. The jersey has been pre-washed to prevent bleeding But in order to retain the depth of color in the garment some bleeding is possible if not properly laundered. Skirt and top combos are made of dry fit poly blends. Very soft and comfortable to wear. |

| | Returns/Exchange: Clean unused garments must be returned within 15 days of date received. If items are accepted for return after this date (discretion of management) there will be a 15% restocking fee. Dresses must be on their hangers and in there poly bags. Refunds will be made upon inspection. Please include high school name if there is one so we can find your account. Returns must be in one, singular shipment unless you’ve ordered a uniform not manufactured by Slam Gear, (such as warm ups, pleated skirt, polos), in this case you must call us before returning merchandise for return information). These garments must be returned within 14 days to avoid restocking fee.. |
